The new year is just around the bend and with it...a new adventure in communication for me. I've enjoyed blogging and writing books, and now I'm going to start a podcast. If you don't know what a podcast is, I'm right there with you. Two months ago I didn't either, but my friend Shaun (check out his company Singularity Audio) has really turned me on to them and it's something I really enjoy creating and I bet you'll really enjoy listening to. Here is Wikipedia's definition if you're really lost. More information on this to come in February...

I have wanted to start a pod cast as well. In fact, if you beat me to it, you could very well be the first missionary in Kenya to do a pod cast. At least I have seen no others, or heard them.
I'm going to try interviewing some of the crazy guys here on campus for my podcast...maybe you guys could swing by sometime on your way to or from Nairobi. We could meet and do a little wacky interview. Just a thought.
Our school has a nice recording mic and sound board so it sounds decent so far. I'm not doing any fancy stuff with sound. Just a basic recording. We'll see how it goes...my friend is spoon-feeding me through the process.
